Delete your Kovo account

Kovo, the IPTV player by the Kovo developer, lets you delete your Kovo account at any time.

In the app

1. Open Kovo on a phone or TV where you are signed in.
2. Go to Settings › Kovo account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

On the website

1. Open your account page and sign in with the e-mail of your account.
2. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

By e-mail

Send an e-mail to [email protected] from the e-mail address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Kovo account". We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• your e-mail address and account ID;
• the records of which Kovo purchase your account owns;
• pending sign-in codes for your devices.

Everything is deleted right away; nothing is kept afterwards. Your Google Play purchases themselves stay with your Google account: you can still use them in Kovo on Android, and you can link them to a new Kovo account later. Data stored only on your devices (playlists, favorites, history) is not affected; uninstall the app or clear its data to remove it.
